DESCRIPTION:L'art. 37 comma 11 del D.Lgs 81/2008 prevede un aggiornamento annuale di 4 ore per gli RLS delle aziende che occupano dai 15 ai 50 lavoratori e di 8 ore per le aziende che ne occupano più di 50.Il corso si propone di aggiornare i partecipanti sulle nuove normative o sulle modifiche di quelle esistenti, approfondire aspetti tecnici, giuridici, normativi e comportamentali specifici inerenti l'attività del RLS. Inoltre sono previste esercitazioni pratiche e “role- playing” relative alla quotidiana esperienza nel ruolo di RLS.
