DESCRIPTION:Spesso i progetti di miglioramento sono caratterizzati da ampie aspettative soprattutto dalla consapevolezza che la struttura ha dei margini interni. Tuttavia, molti falliscono e si ritorna alle cattive abitudini. Uno dei motivi risiede nel voler saltare le fasi e approcciare a tecniche e strumenti non adeguati alla struttura. Con il TWI si affronterà la basica fase di miglioramento che è la standardizzazione, e con l'aiuto di tecniche mirate a focalizzarsi sull'apprendimento tramite piccoli passi si potrà costruire la base del continuo miglioramento.
