About us
Fòrema is the training and consulting company owned by Confindustria Veneto Est, the largest italian industrial association (5.000 associated companies), based in Veneto Region (Padua).
Since 1983 Fòrema has been designing and delivering training programmes and innovative services, and now counts on around 60 employees who support companies and individuals throughout their entire learning processes, a growing network of around 1.500 trainers and professionals, and an effective ecosystem involving public and private institutions, companies and stakeholders. In 2025 Fòrema has trained more than 30.000 people and realized 45.000 service hours involving more than 2.500 SMEs, covering a wide range of relevant topics connected to company needs, with notable specializations in the field of:
- smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0,
- organizational development and people management,
- ESG sustainability,
- process digitalization and AI solution implementation,
- labor market services for job seekers,
- innovation of training models and professional profiles.
Fòrema is a certified training agency (UNI EN ISO 9001; organizational model: d.lgs. 231/2001, gender equality: UNI/PdR 125:2022), accredited at Veneto Region Government (continuous training, higher education, professional guidance, labor market services, services for people with special needs) and Fondimpresa (national funds for training); since 2020 has been carrying out studies on the development of cognitive capital and transformation of organizational models, and in 2023 has become a publishing house.

Fòrema Srl ha ottenuto sin dal 2001 dalla Regione del Veneto l’accreditamento per gli ambiti della formazione continua e superiore, per l’orientamento e dal 2009 per i servizi al lavoro, ai sensi della Legge Regionale 19/2002 e s.m.i. e L.R. nr. 3/2009 art.25
Fòrema è certificata UNI EN ISO 9001 dal 1999 e UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (settore EA 37) dal 2003 per le attività di progettazione, gestione della progettazione ed erogazione di servizi formativi professionali e manageriali, come da certificato emesso da CERMET-KIWA il 4 dicembre 2017. Dal 2024 ha ottenuto la certificazione UNI/PdR 125:2022 per il sistema di gestione della parità di genere come da certificato emesso da CERMET-KIWA il 19 dicembre 2024.
