Since 1983, Fòrema has been designing and delivering innovative training programs, managerial services and labor market services to support individuals in their career. Our mission is to equip people in companies for cultural shifts and guide them to self-organization and self-learning. We map companies’ transformation needs and propose tailor-made learning projects, which adapt to changing contexts.
We teach people to research and identify the right knowledge, learn it, put it into practice and measure its effectiveness, transferring abilities to continuously adapt skills in line with the evolution of scenarios and objectives. We create connections that lead to a virtuous ecosystem of organizations. Fòrema counts on 60 employees who support companies and individuals throughout entire learning processes, a growing network of around 1,500 trainers and professionals and an effective ecosystem involving public and private institutions, companies and stakeholders. We cover a wide range of relevant topics related to company needs, with notable specializations in the field of smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, organizational development, ESG sustainability, training model innovation, and labor market services for job seekers. In 2022, we trained 26,368 people and realized 41,641 service hours.
Cooperation with European partners is one of the best strategies to enrich the training offer, taking advantage of skills and best practices developed on a European level. Therefore, Fòrema designs, implements and participates in innovative actions in collaboration with training institutions, industrial organizations, trade unions, public and private institutions, associations and stakeholders in the labor market.
The Fòrema network can count on:

80 partners from the Education and Training System (Schools, VET agencies, Universities) around 120 partners in Europe.

Fòrema Srl ha ottenuto sin dal 2001 dalla Regione del Veneto l’accreditamento per gli ambiti della formazione continua e superiore, per l’orientamento e dal 2009 per i servizi al lavoro, ai sensi della Legge Regionale 19/2002 e s.m.i. e L.R. nr. 3/2009 art.25
Fòrema è certificata UNI EN ISO 9001 dal 1999 e UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (settore EA 37) dal 2003 per le
attività di progettazione, gestione della progettazione ed erogazione di servizi formativi professionali
e manageriali, come da certificato emesso da CERMET-KIWA il 4 dicembre 2017
